Our Community
Providing Positive Links to our Community
At Bizzy Bees, we love to explore our vibrant village and engage with our community!
We frequently visit the local library to borrow books and participate in their fun 'Romp and Rhyme' sessions.
Our adventures also take us to the shops, like the newsagents, where we deliver letters and enjoy real-life experiences.
We also cherish our time at the Church for special events like Harvest Festivals and our Nativity and Easter productions,
We enjoy the parks and greenspaces available to us as well as keeping our parks and greenspaces clean through litter picking excursions.
Community Services for You
Summer 2025 Reading Challenge
Leicestershire Libraries are once again running the Summer reading challenge. This year’s theme is ‘Story Garden: Adventures in Nature and the Great Outdoors’.
There is fun for all ages with the main challenge for children aged 4-12 years and the mini challenge for children aged 0-3 years
This is a great way of promoting reading for pleasure at home, taking part in local community activities and helping parents to take part in free activities
